Because of locality, this pharmacy has been very handy for me, located on the same premises as the doctors surgery and very close to my home. Always found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Called into the pharmacy the other day to pick up some dispersible aspirin for a mild headache but they were out of stock. I was in a sense of disbelief when the lady actually recommended that I took Alka Seltzer!?!

I popped in today to collect a prescription for my mum, who is very elderly. I received excellent service from a great young lady named Charlotte, who was friendly, professional and kind. Lovely experience, well done in these difficult time’s

Husband put his repeat prescription in two weeks ago. Apparently there is a problem with the suppliers but pharmacy had told him on two occasions that they would have the tablets in asap. To date they haven't. Only now has the pharmacist said she'll speak to the doctor. This is not the first time this has happened. When he did try to change and use a different pharmacy they ignored his request and actually managed to fill the prescription for the first time in a year. Communication and organisation seems to be an issue here. Not impressed.

Went to collect my prescription it was not correct so the pharmacy offered to sort it out for me and i would be able to collect the following day. Unfortunately still not correct on my return when asked why they had not corrected the mistake the woman became annoyed and quite rude very disappointed with their response
