Mark Avery is a very knowledgeable conveyancer and an expert in this area. Very experienced and reasonably priced. At busy times he can be tricky to get hold of, but rest assured, he is working hard behind the scenes.... He has also been working Saturdays during the really busy periods, so all credit to him. I've also had dealings with Maria Dash both professionally and personally and I can again speak very highly of her service... you may have to wait for a call or email back at times, but they know their job and the local area and the fees are very reasonable...

waited for 3 weeks for the guy that deals with property to phone me back (Mark) and make an appointment to transfer equity as part of a divorce settlement.. I would never use these again, I would rather pay more and get a decent service.
On speaking to Mark this morning I was told he wasn't aware I was waiting for him to arrange a meeting ???and then said he would not be able to fit me in for another 2 weeks...., I've already waited 3 weeks.
Big mistake on my part going with this solicictors

Disgusting, Abbysmal and frankly insulting service. Do no use these people they are lazy, do not respond and have no clue how customer relations work. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

These guys are awful. Mark Avery does not respond to calls or emails!! We are trying to exchange and complete on a property and he is always to busy!! I will never use him again
