Kerry Raymond recently helped us with us a complex purchase of a flat, which required a deed of variation. Kerry was very communicative and quick to respond to our questions in plain English, and as first time buyer, this was an incredibly useful for us. She also promptly responded to the seller solicitors. We even had glowing reviews from the estate agents, commenting on how easy Kerry had been to work with as she had taken the time to explain exactly what was required from the sellers side to move the purchase along. If you are looking for a solicitor for your next purchase or sale, I would highly recommend Kerry.
Very knowledgeable
Having used Davies and Partners for conveyancing whilst purchasing a new property, I have to say that Kerry and the team dealt with process incredibly quickly and efficiently. I was recommended D&P by a colleague who used their services to buy his house a couple of years ago and I now wouldn't hesitate to recommend them myself!
Having not moved house for 25 years and everything being different today, the help and experience of Jo Cox at Davies and Partners was invaluable. Her meticulous and friendly approach made us feel very confident that our long distance move was going to be a success. What ever detail came up Jo dealt with it very professionally and swiftly and we can only thank her and her team for our trouble free move.

Used them to buy our first house after a bad experience with a solicitor ''recommended'' by our estate agent. Jo and the rest of the team were really efficient and polite and made everything clear and straightforward in a chain that was less than straightforward. I would definitely recommend them.
Worst service possible. No interest in supporting client needs, many factual errors in communications, and left me to write most of the correspondence because their work was so bad. Truly horrendous service, and in the end I would have been better doing everything myself. Forced to use this company by home insurer against my wishes. When I complained, they advised that I should report Davies & Partners to regulatory body, which I would, if it wasn't self-regulating.
I would not recommend there service. I went to Davies and Partners hoping to get some advice and support about a Divorce after many years of a bad marriage . I'm 55 with a 17 year old son and found it to be a very bad experience to be told because of my circumstances and my age, I was told basically to stay in my bad marriage and what was another 5-10 years or so of unhappiness. And that I would probably end up in a bedsit if I went through with a the Divorce . I am now seeing another Solicitor and found them to be very supportive and helping me though my Divorce . As I see ,there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Using Davies and Partners, I have used D&P for commercial leases and conveyancing. They have always been very efficient and good value for money. I would certainly recommend them.
