My husband and I have used Henrique Griffiths twice now.  The first time was 2 years ago for my buy to let mortgage and again for a private/buy to let mortgage, both times they have been very efficient.

This time around we had to complete the mortgage within 24 hours, Julie & Louise were outstanding, responding very quickly and very accurately.

I would recommend this solicitors firm to all my family and colleagues.

They were provided to us as part of the mortgage package we secured with Nationwide as first time buyers.

Words can not express the experience that we had; "terrible", "incompetent", "unprofessional", "slow" are some that I would try to use but they don't go deep enough!!

Absolutely stay away from this company if you want your purchase/sale to go through without any major problems or if you want some actual support and information from your solicitors through a stressful, complicated process.
