Service was really slow. Ordered online but took ages to find.  Usually very quick, so slightly disappointed

We were in and out in 5 minutes ordered an item and it was ready in 2 minutes.  5 ***** service.

In and out quickly staff are polite and helpful

Bought a rotary dryer for my garden ,but when I got it home I opened box ,took it out of box  did not put it up  when I saw it I decided It was not suitable .When  my husband tried to return it the day after  I bought it the staff refused to take it back!!!!  I went to see them but to no avail £55.00 wasted  !!! Writing complaint letter now

Had a couple of general issue. The store Manager Alistair, dealt with both of my issue. Immaculate customer service was given from start to finish. Approachable, Pleasant, attentive and Professional.nIt’s not everyday you get someone who’s interest is providing good all round customer service.nThe manager in question ticked every box.
