I was very disappointed with the way this company conducted itself. The item I ordered was  ordered on boxing day (a classic last minute gift that had been missed at Christmas) and I was sent emails every few weeks saying the item was not in stock. Eventually I started to respond saying it was getting ridiculous. After 15 weeks the item finally arrived - after Easter - the  seasons had turned! I was then told that compensation only occurs at 16 weeks. I thought this seemed highly convenient and asked to speak to a manager who was full of excuses and back-covering rather than any attempt to listen and understand. On the defensive straight away. I calmly suggested I might write this review and she tried to argue that it was wrong of me to 'threaten' a bad review. Which seemed to me quite ill-judged - to try to tell me not to write a review rather than try to retain me as a customer, discuss my experience and ask what might make the experience better (at this stage an apology and a bit of empathy might have gone quite far). She just wanted to avoid a bad review. So - if you like their stuff, be aware that you might have to wait a very long time for it and you might get a slew of emails that is all about their policy and nothing about your experience.

Ordered the Estelle Bed & Chest of Drawers . At the time they told me that there could be up to a 15 week delivery but only waited 6 weeks. I would have waited the 15 weeks for this quality furniture it looks beautiful & is very sturdy. We had that bed put up by them which is extra.  The lads that came were so polite. They called before delivery to let me know when they would be there which was very helpful. I would 100% recommend this company and would definitely use them again.. A big thank you to all involved you should be very proud of yourselves.

We were really impressed with the furniture selection and the staff was super helpful in helping us get everything delivered and set-up. I would highly recommend Homes Direct to anyone looking for bedroom furniture.

Recently ordered a Super King, Antique French Style bed along with some furniture for the bedroom in my house. I am super pleased with how high quality the products are and would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for some French Furniture in their home. 5 Stars, will definitely be returning very soon to furnish the rest of my home.
