Just like other Argos services makes delivery very handy. Order from home and pick item up in-store. Due to covid you have to stand outside and show proof of ID and order number, no queueing is allowed. With free parking and easy access. Perfect
Quick and easy transaction. Not too busy at the time I visited so no more than a minute to wait for purchased item. Don't forget to use your nectar card!
Funny it says "search items in store" yet while on my visit on 1/12/16 when asked the staff about finding a certain bunch of items that not 1 or 2 but 3, members of staff required that I go home and search for them which I found outrageous considering I was the only customer in the store and was for over 30mins. To find out by my partner that the very machines located in the store tell me what I wanted in the category section. Then Asif 3 members of idle haven't a clue staff wasn't bad enough while waiting for items I flicked through catalogue trying to solve my own dilemma. I had one of these said staff L... rudely pressed the calling button 4 times repeatedly as to tell me to move it quickly as theres a need to get the only customer in store to leave!..... And I thought sat waiting for your items while they are on the shelf in front of you and being 1 of few people there while staff have talk amongst them self's was bad.
Exactly what I expect from an Argos store. The staff are friendly, polite and knowledgeable, and the waiting times are acceptable considering the amount of stock they have. All in all a good service.
One of the smallest argos stores in the world so not busy, quickest service but why do staff have to make you play a game of 20 questions before you win a prize? Do you want a store card? Do you want extended warranty? Do you want your receipt by email? Worse since sainsburys took over.
Good shop with a vast variety of products but not enough staff at busy times means you might have a long wait to be served and another long wait for your purchase to arrive.
Typical Argos. Perused catalogue at leisure then collect item from the store. This has good parking for easier collection of heavier items. Delivery is also available.
Not a fan of Argos , don't think they are keeping up with the internet , prices aren't great unless on offer and the whole thing takes ages . Never enough staff. Terrible for returning​ faulty items
Staff take forever to serve you even though they have brought your item from the conveyor and put it on the shelf, and you are the only customer in the place.
All staff very helpful but all items wanted were all out of stock,nobody new if they would be coming back in stock.
