PRICES VERY HIGH through out the store, would think at these inflated prices the store will not be there long. They used to be a good standard priced DIY store, a pity they over charge. I bet they are targeting only those that do not shop wise and will pay well over the average price. Staff are nice and store well organised.

Good for the stuff u need in a hurry, but better off going to a bigger store (eg Bishops Stortford or Harlow) as its a small shop with not as many items

Friendly place to shop but there are certainly bigger and better Homebases. All the stock here can be bought cheaper elsewhere in the town.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the customer service I have received from the Saffron Walden Branch this morning. I had sent an email as some of the baubles I had purchased didn't have the tops to hang them on the tree. David Parker had apologised and this morning has personally delivered 2 new bags of baubles to me!!! Huge thumbs up from me. One very happy customer with a fabulously decorated Homebase tree! Thank you 😀
