I must say friendly and helpful when in the shop. We ordered a 3 seater sofa in the begining of December 2021. We have called numerous times with someone saying they will call back to let us know the progress but no one does. We are cancelling the order and going elsewhere for a better service.

I had a lady come to do an estimate on 1st November, looking forward to getting a quote for our home after chasing up several times, was then told estimate was getting done… I still have not received one. Last email was 9th Nov So we have taken our custom elsewhere for our 2 bedroom, stairs and landing carpets and laminate for our downstairs. It was a shame as we try and support  local businesses . Disappointed…

Terry, in the bed department, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Knowledgable, friendly, efficient. Couldn’t have asked for me. What a lovely store too!
