Very less staff but because of COVID. I was happy with the service. Staff was helpful and click and collect was great experience.

When we managed to find an assistant he was very helpful and polite. We bought 2 expensive lights, the boxes looked like they had been in a warehouse for 20 years covered in very thick dust!! They must have been put on the shelf like that.

Love shopping here for all my Christmas decorations and household items. Great price. Good value for money.

I only gave 3 stars because the other week I asked if someone could cut me a couple of wallpaper samples. I was told no, just tear it. The wallpaper was a thick vinyl and would not tear. So I went to the shelf that sold scissors, opened a pack and cut my own.
