Went on VAT free day so saved myself alot of money,worth waiting for if you've got a big purchase ahead.Staff were great and advised me well,then brought me the product and loaded it with me into my car.Shop isn't massive but is well laid out and has lots of products on display. Worth a visit from any DIY buff or business.

Not really been there before: thought it was all big stuff but they've got a good selection of smaller equipment including car stuff. All out on shelves to look before you buy. Friendly, helpful staff.
The shop in Leeds is excellent, it seems to carry stock that the likes of Screwfix and Toolstation want you to wait three or four days before you can pick it up. It tends to be my first stop, especially for something needed on a Sunday.
Great shop, you need to look for the bargains but they are there, the staff are very friendly and helpful and don't try pressuring you, they are very knowledgeable about the items they sell.
Really pleased with the service. Good communication on the phone. Super product knowledge. Very attentive staff.
I went here because I know they stock most of everything, the staff know the products, and on one occasion when I went back for them to show me how to operate a 4-stroke pressure washer they did so with happiness. Since this review I've continued to use this store with continued positive experience. A very, very happy customer.
Called in today for some shadow foam and the staff were incredibly helpful. The shop was covid safe with all staff wearing masks. Prices were the same as online retailers.
Shocking customer service from this store in Leeds.
Disappointed! Have been here before and had wonderful service. Needed a chainsaw for some work at the weekend, did call and collect, head office said they had 2 in-stock and gave me phone number of the store so I could reserve it. Phoned the Leeds store, he took the order number and just said ' yeah yeah just come in and get it' but I wanted to reserve it! He seemed more busy with something else to speak to me, like his breakfast was going cold or something. My husband went out of his way to pick it up after work and they'd sold it to someone else!! . I was fuming!! They tried to sell him some other chainsaws that were not as good and were petrol, not electric. In the end he phoned the Bradford shop who DID reserve chainsaw. Don't know why they just didn't let me reserve the one at Leeds!!!
