My family and I had a very bad experience (big lo$$). I do not recommend this company. We rented a house abroad and it was not as advertised. It was a nightmare. Neither HA or the owner accepted responsibility for our complaint. Stay away!

For a holiday home listing website, the search engine and filtering process really should be the only things that need to work. If they did I wouldn't be writing this review from a (very nice) mosquito infested villa with no air conditioning.

Customer service is very poor and don't believe the guarantees about deposit returns as they have lots of caveats to avoid being involved with this.

Totally agree with the previous comments. Don't book through this company. They will charge you a huge service fee for nothing other than to pay for their website. They are purely an advertising platform. If you find a property you want to hire, Google it to find the managing agent for the property and book it directly. Their customer contact centre is completely useless and you cannot get through to them.
