A great place for a walk. Wether winter or summer. The park is great for casual walks, families and sports or for making a day and hiking Arthur's seat or a gentler walk around the base without leaving a solid pavement. Wellies suggested for the mud in rain
A little spot of semi-wilderness in the centre of the city. Great for a quick walk or cycle, or to find a scenic place for lunch.
Wonderful open space suitable for all ages to walk, run or ride a bike... Small car park at Holyrood end..
Wonderful scenery. Lovely massive park in the heart of Edinburgh with a touch of wilderness. Perfect for a good walk to enjoy the fresh air, for jogging or biking. Beautiful place for a picnic with family and friends.
Wow, what a brilliant walk and scenery, you can go jogging, bike riding or simply walk with family. As long as the weather is good you have a fresh aired walk. There is parking if you need it but I walked there from my hotel roughly a thirty minute walk.
Perfect hike in town, no need a car to get there from Edinburgh city centre. Great city view also if you got up to the peak you have climbed 55 floors.
The park offers many paths suitable for any age and ability. The hike to Arthur's Seat is quick about 30 minutes up and down and offers spectacular views of the city and coastline.
Amazing place with views of Edinburgh and ocean. You can walk up and down different ways and the best thing it is so close to city centre. If you want to relax and see some beautiful views it is a must go in Edinburgh
