This is a lovely formal garden tucked off the royal mile not far from the palace of Holyrood.  If you want too get away from the crowd and envoy your takeaway coffee in relative peace, then this is a beautiful sanctuary from the crowds.

Peaceful place for rest, relaxation and contemplation. Have a wander and a think.

Hidden garden gem off the high street or Royal Mile,  tranquil spot

Lovely find easily missed, quiet and well kept. A wedding party were using for photos when we were there. Great place for a break with a packed lunch.

A gem of a secret garden hidden away down the hill along the royal mile. Look out for the magpies nest in the trees!
