Very welcoming and a beautiful house with stunning views. Perfect for a quiet weekend. Rooms were faultless. Breakfast is made to order with a wide variety of home-made food.

The situation is lovely and quiet but just a couple if minutes drive from the centre of Thornhill. The accommodation is very clean, comfortable and decorated / furnished in good taste - a real 'home from home'. The owners are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Look forward to making another visit.

I have stayed in Holmhill Country House's self catering cottage which is just fantastic. It is cosy, very comfortable, with easy access to Thornhill and in an area I have yet to really discover. Stewart and Rosie are always helpful and very accomodating especially regarding our four legged friends!!! Thank you to you both for everything, and see you again soon.
