My friend should have won £11.000. On a lucky 15 but they had a limit and only paid him out £9.000.that can't be right ?I put the bet on for him because he was an invalid, he was very disappointed, we should have gone to our local bet freds who would have paid the full amount. Will not put big bet on for him at Ladbroke again?
