Your typical Holiday Inn. Nice location for business in MK or along the M1 corridor. It's an older property but has, in general been well maintained although still room for improvement. In room facilities were good although the TV/Alarm had the wrong time. My double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Fine for me on my own but be aware if a couple.

The main lobby, bar and dinning rooms are very nice and look newly renovated. The rooms however have had a poor a tempt at a renovation. Carpets are very worn in and stained, mold around the rotting window frames and cracks throughout the plaster. The food here also seems very pricy for what you get. Small portions and nothing fresh, all perprepared. Dose have a full English breakfast included with the room every morning.

I stayed here because we were having our work Christmas party at the venue and I fancied a drink! The room was comfortable, with a good bed and plenty of room. It was disappointing that there was very little information about the hotel in the room - for example, I couldn't find the check-out time for the next day listed in any of the leaflets. The food provided for the party was really nice, with decent portions too. The bar area was comfortable, with high-backed armchairs providing an almost decadent feel. Reinforcing the decadent feeling were the prices at the bar - ouch! A J2O cost more than £4, and my double-Jack and Coke was in the region of a tenner: I say "in the region" because it was a different price every time, ranging from £9.70 to £10.90 throughout the evening. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful, there was plenty of free parking, and the location is secluded enough to feel almost rural whilst being in easy reach of Milton Keynes (by car if not by public transport).

Rooms fine, however no extraction in toilet. Breakfast was fine. These big chairs are all the same but never brilliant

The bed was comfy so I got a good night's sleep also had dinner in the restaurant which was really good food. The staff are polite and very helpful. Will use this hotel again
