Great location overlooking the marina. Very close to shops, train station and bus station. Room was large with a huge bed. Very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. However response from maintenance over a slight plumbing issue we had in the room was zero.
Stayed on a family visit to Lincoln. 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs!nRoom was large enough for the night. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. They are all dog lovers that made the visit much easier.nKids ate for free with a paying adult, they loved the food and the experience.nLocation was excellent as we could leave the car and walk to the city centre, castle and cathedral.nWould do it again
The rooms were a little worn, but the service and staff more than made up for it. A special thanks to Jack working the morning breakfast: professional, friendly, attentive. Breakfast was actually one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had in the UK. Overall, it was a good stop and would happily come back.
Great value for money! We came to Loncoln for 1 night to enjoy Sting concert and were surprised by this hotel: amazing location 5-10 mins to the main attractions, clean rooms tea, cookies, iron are included, super king size bed !!!, the breakfast offers a super choice of everything.nHotel crew was welcoming and client oriented.nThere are a few bits I’d add : drinking water and body lotion.nOther then that- choose this beautiful hotel of visiting Lincoln!
Nice hotel in an excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. A short walk from the city centre and tourist attractions including the must visit cathedral guided tour recommended. A good, if a little pricey, all you can eat hotel breakfast but we did not get a chance to try the evening meals.
