A very welcoming and accommodating hotel with a great team. I appreciated the help to ensure I kept the same room over my two nights even though I had made two separate bookings, using the gym after I had checked out, and the good vibe of the lounge, bar and restaurant. Reception staff were also very friendly, and the breakfast was good. Rooms also quite spacious for the affordable price. Great spot!
I am a wheelchair user and booked an accessible room which was on the ground floor. Very positive experience from the beginning, the receptionist was very professional and there was a lowered area at the reception desk so I could easily speak to them and see the PEEP assessment paperwork.nnMy room was large and had plenty of room to move around the bed. There were multiple mirrors, an iron, an ironing board and plenty of cupboard space both hanging and shelves. There was a desk with chair as well as a large TV. There was an emergency cord by the bed and several in the bathroom.nnThe bathroom was very large and had two sinks at different heights. There was a fold down seat in the shower and plenty of grab rails. There was also a non-slip bath mat provided.nnI had a lovely dinner fish and chips and the waitress found me a table that was suitable for my wheelchair. I also had a great breakfast which was poached egg and avocado on toast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I cannot fault this hotel on anything. I am a wheelchair user and found the hotel amenities easy to use. There are no obstacles to negotiate and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Everyone has a smile for you and a pleasant greeting no matter the time of daynThe rooms are spotless and warm. The beds are almost too comfortable. The food was excellent and well presented and reasonablely priced. The bar was just as good. Tables were cleared and cleaned almost instantly. My husband and I have promised our ourselves that we will be returning in the future. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
Second time using this hotel and for good reason. Decent enough gym with swimming pool, sauna and steam room to unwind after travelling. Rooms are nice with comfy beds.nSpoilt for choice with breakfast options and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with a warm welcome from Kristina. Highly recommended!
Great hotel and perfectly located for what we needed. Everything was clean and the check-in was really quick and easy. The staff was very nice. A big thank you to Kristina. She was friendly, chatty, and nothing was too much trouble. Great customer service. Highly recommend.
