Truly awful. Rooms and decor are appalling, wi-fi doesn't work in rooms (or anywhere else in the "hotel" for that matter"), the "gym and "sauna" are health hazards and 2 weeks after checking out they still haven't refunded the amount they took form my card for "incidentals" that were never used. My strong advice would be to avoid at all costs. The most generous thing i can say is that the one redeeming feature was the reasonable food.

The most awful place I have visited. On arrival not one person at reception when I did get to my room I quickly checked out of what was a dirty stained room £84 for nothing, very unfriendly person at the tired front desk said that's the room and can't refund - he did agree the rooms did not look anything like the web page, called a few times to speak with Manager never returned my calls and it's now July and this was March 2017, guess I was lucky my company picked up the bill. Stay away from this dirty place.

Staff were amazing, so friendly. Rooms are nice although a little bit tired. The grounds and main rooms are lovely. Overall a really nice stay which was made by the fantastic staff.

Poor service, terrible beds and uninterested staff. Breakfast was tasteless and they sadly couldn't manage a simple buffet. Bringing issues to the staff and management's attention gets you nowhere. All in all incredibly disappointing and can't be recommended. You'd get a better level of service and comfort in a budget hotel!

Nice grounds, pleasant staff and good service/food. However dated and poor spec accommodation let's it down.
