Really helpful friendly staff and just walking through the shop is like going along an art trail with joy around every corner.
Lovely store, and I’m glad to see a place like this still thriving. I feel like I’ve explored every corner and tried almost every type of art here! Most of the staff are wonderful. I’ve been coming since before Covid, but unfortunately, I’ve witnessed several instances where someone I assume was the manager spoke rudely and harshly to younger staff members in front of a queue of customers. It was very uncomfortable to see. I haven’t noticed this person around lately, so I hope Hobbycraft has addressed the issue and taken appropriate action.
Always a great store for the craft, painting, sketching, school project or inventive hobbiest! Well worth a look if you have never visited before it will definitely give you inspiration for something lol
Good ranges but there are obvious gaps in places where stock items are not available. Staff helpful, though we weren’t offered the chance to get 15% off by registering on the app, so I’m glad I spotted that.
The staff at this hobbycraft were so helpful and made a stressful experience, a lot less stressful. Three members of staff were super kind to me and my 3 year old son in getting what we needed and out to the car
