Nice little cafe, really friendly and efficient staff. Place was clean and looked well run. Will come again.
Gone from being a lovely place to shop to feeling like a charity shop. Stuff all over the place, toilets stink, fed up staff. Cafe needs more staff and feels dirty as tables left uncleared and not wiped.
Loads of homewares here and reasonably priced. I like the opportunity to pick up what I intend to buy to gauge whether it's worth it or not. Helpful and knowledgeable staff aplenty in the store plus a nice little coffee shop in Pausa. Good place to shop, strongly recommend a visit here.
I love visiting Dunelm. It's a great store with lots of choices and deserves 5 stars. However, be aware that customer toilets are NOT a pleasure to visit hence the 3 stars. There is a strong sour smell and on the day i had to use them, of the two soap dispensers available, both were empty. There are no records on show to confirm cleaning has taken place. After voicing my concerns to the Manageress i was told they HAD? been cleaned that morning? and that the company were constantly being told about 'the issues' Now here's a thought, don't pay them and raise a new contract with a company that can perform their duties as expected!!! Surely it is a H&S issue with the number of customers passing through.
Popped here to get kettle and toaster set that has been requested for a Christmas gift. Nice clean store. Everything set out well, although I had to ask where the electrical items were. Every one stood still for the 2 minute silence.
