Got exactly what I needed. Helpful and friendly staff.
Walked into the shop still rubbing my hands from the main entrance hand sanitiser, was asked to use the hand sanitiser at the shop door, I explained that I had just used the one at the main entrance, had not touched anything, and this was the first shop I had entered. He still insisted that I had to use their one. He obviously didn't believe a word I'd just told him. I just walked out.

Only dealt online with no problems at all. Shop has a good range of rugby game and leisure clothing and gifts Gloucester Rugby only of course
