Just want to say what a great experience I had today at ableworld Gloucester. I went in to find a mobility scooter for my mother and I got exactly what I needed. ALL of the staff in there were so polite and helpful and they made my experience well worth it. I left with what I came for and more, they told me all I needed to know about the product which was so helpful as I didn't know before I came in. I literally can't thank them enough and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for these type of products as you will get the best customer service.

Very good but have now waited a week for our scooter back. Quick enough to pick it up.could of got batteries in 24hrs. Then told stair lifts people have been waiting 2 weeks to get them mended. This I do appreciate but it's now Monday at 3pm still no scooter

This was our second visit. This time to look at stair lifts. Everyone has been very friendly and they seem to want to meet your needs rather than just make a profit. We tried other companies but they just seem to want to sell and send a salesman round. The one we bought from Ablewoirld was in fact the cheapest on offer by a long way and was delivered and installed very quickly and efficiently. Many thanks to all involved.

Just wanted to sell us a scooter when we clearly stated we didn't want one. Asked us questions about our wheelchair bound family member even though they were sat there. When told to ask him the questions they did the slow loud and patronising voice thing even though it's a lack of a leg that's got him in the chair
