I couldn't possibly recommend them / Graham Nelson more. Extremely professional, exactly on time, efficient, practical and a very fair price offered. He even offered to take the books he didn't want to the charity shop for me (it was clear in his advert these books would not be of interest). The next chapter, however, goes beyond all expectations. The following day I get a call from Graham saying he had found some money my father hid in one of the books - ten times the value of the whole collection - which was sealed in a clear bank envelope. He wanted to return it to me at my house for zero cost and without any recognition for his time, kindness or honesty. After some persuasion he eventually agreed to accept a finders fee - which I absolutely insisted on. The world would be a better place if there were more people like Graham. Thank you.
