Tidy store, well stocked and staff are helpful. The cafe however is poor. The food is pityful portions and hight prices, not sure if they are a chain or not. I had a panini with minmal filling and my Dad had a bacon roll with one tiny rasher of bacon in, coffee was nothing special.

A nice WHSmith store with a good selection of stationary and general items. The books section is a bit on the small side but the addition of a cafe is great and a nice addition to the shop.

To purchase a book that was on offer with my newspaper which was downstairs, after waiting in a queue I was  told I had go upstairs to find the book but then couldn't purchase the book upstairs because their computer tills were not working,  so then had to walk down the stairs and wait in the queue again on the ground floor.  Not very customer friendly.

Lovely clean tidy store. Staff always friendly & helpful, good customer sevice. Always stocked well. Down side is long queues.

Needed the Post office but it was so busy had to leave queue wasnt moving.
