Such a beautiful, quaint old building  with interesting staircases. The layout is clear and the shelves are well-stocked. Even if you can't find the section you want, the staff are friendly, helpful and well-informed. I particularly like being able to sit in the Costa Coffee and peruse books before I buy. I was also able to order a book, receive a text message to let me know it had arrived and then have a look through it to see if it was suitable before committing to buying it. Waterstone's in Cheltenham is a very pleasant shopping experience.

I hope these never go out of business. There's nothing nicer than a hot drink and a wander amongst these sleeping journeys. Relax and escape and enjoy a cake! Perfect.

Good books shop with a large range of books, a little harder to navigate than in Gloucester and I found myself circling around a lot looking for particular sections. Overall good though, just be careful about tripping on the stairs.

Lovely store, lots to look at and you feel comfortable browsing. Staff were very friendly and helpful
