Great chill vibes here, from catching up with friends to solo contemplations of life, this place has got it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great music selection and they might even let you connect your music if you ask. The shisha flavours are innovative and well thought out. You're also able to get food from the adjoining burger restaurant, hungry boys and eat in the bar. Happy vibes, I would defiantly recommend visiting
Shona was absolutely amazing! It was my best friends 18th and she made us feel so welcome and was such a good vibe. Even has persuaded me to come next week!!!!
I was a little sceptical when I first saw this place, hidden away behind the Hillside Burger place. However, I can confirm I have never received such wonderful service at any shisha place I have visited. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a smile, asked if I had been before and what flavours I enjoyed and was offered a very personalised service compared to any other shisha lounge. I advised the lady behind the counter my preference on flavour and she warned me that the flavour I had chosen was a little minty compared to other places as the shipment they had received of that particular flavour wasn't great. I was impressed with her honesty and took her advice and picked another. The manager came round twice making sure everything was okay and offered to refill our tea at no cost. The coals were attended to efficiently and we were advised on the best place to sit to get a good level of warmth from the heaters. Prices are very reasonable, £24 for a shisha and a pot of mint tea. They also accept card payments and there is a parking available just 30 seconds walk away £2 for 4 hours of parking if you can't find free parking on the main road. Thoroughly impressed and look forward to coming back again.
Came in on Sunday with my Dad before going to the pub and couldn't have had a better evening, good selection of drinks and great shisha flavour recommended by the staff, never heard of this place before I'm glad we found it!
Nice place to chill, like the vibes here.. the sheesha is smooth and the food is good too.

Well nice Shisha place finally a bit quality in Guilford. Food quality also good especially those Gourmet Burger and best Oreo Milkshake. Can get busy when football is on better call for table

Been coming here for quite a while and the food has never dissapointed me. Customer service is spot on and tbh the shisha is a well done job. My recommendation is get the frozen rasberrry or frozen Berry. Taste is spot on.
