Was called back to court after the defendant allowed a second chance at a hearing even though all emails and letters were ignored and ccj/high court enforcement was in place. Letters about court dates and information never make it to me I end up on hold for hours trying to get through to be told you need to email to actually get the documention for the result of the hearing in which the defendant is ordered to pay. Payments have been defaulted and without this documentation the debt recover company can do nothing without the appropriate paperwork, considering to get this far this is a payed for service it's pretty shocking on the administration side. Also on the day I was set a time and that was delay into a when they can fit you in scenario. Had problems with the aldershot one aswell, wrong letter was send out and the court hearing was postponed. Then and day before the 2nd hearing booked in the cancelled due to not enough availability and now awaiting another date all spanning about 6 months.
I have dealt with the administration and judiciary of this establishment over the past six years. If it was a business it would have been closed down a long time ago. It is highly incompetent, corrupt to the core, to the level of judicial criminality, guilty of gender discrimination and highly dangerous to the welfare of families - all of which I have incontrovertible proof. There are many reasons for this - funding is but one of them and the poor excuse the courts bring out time and time again, but there are many more underlying and I would go so far as to say sinister causes. I have raised these many issues to the Ministry of Justice with the support of Michael Gove and offered simple fixes. The Ministry is simply too afraid to upset the applecart, which is likely a political stance as the majority of swing voters are women, which the system is weighed heavily towards. No political party wishes to take the risk, so the Ministry has refused to act to change the law despite many thousands of proofs. As such, it is has become my mission to modernise the system to make it fair and equal and remove from power all the prejudiced and incompetent personnel by making them accountable.The first step is playing their game back at them, by taking this organisation to court. Wish me well and watch this space. I will update this review after the outcome. If you would like to share your stories, I will soon be asking the national press to become involved in my campaign.
What a terrible experience. Emailed some forms in and had no response. When calling as mentioned by others, the call is just cut off. No ability to contact them at all. Would offer zero stars, totally unaccountable! As it is public sector they just feel they can get away with out with no comeback!
Paid for a money claim court order almost 3 months ago. I've heard no update despite chasing 3 times. I'm out of pocket my original claim amount of 3k plus almost 300 by this court. Shocking service and I will be raising an official complaint. Unacceptable

If I could give zero I would, but waiting 18 months for a court date reagarding child access, have sent numerous emails but no response, I’ve tried calling but the phone system doesn’t work and just cuts you off diabolical public funded service
Though getting through on the phone was not easy, but the UK court system is wonderful in comparison with the USA. The system was clear and I was able to represent myself with success. A huge thank to the very professional staff and judges at this court. They were all helpful in explaining certain items that I did not understand. A big thumbs up.
No one votes for a better resourced legal system, so no one should be surprised by the below par service. There seems to be a policy of trying as hard as possible not to speak to court users. If you can get hold of someone in the "support" centre, staff appear to have been briefed to provide the stock answer: "We are not allowed to give legal advice" for as many queries as possible, even administrative ones.
Came to the court for a simple Statutory Declaration for rent arrears. I was not listrd on the court proceedings and there was no one around to help. Eventually found an usher on the top floor 10 minutes after my 12 oclock appointment. Looks like i am here for the sfternoon.
Appalling in every sense. Bias judges, particularly male judges who have colluded with domestic abuse perpetrators simply because of their job title. Female judge from Redhill now retired thankfully who did not follow established lawful guidelines for interest owed on outstanding debts - so more collusion with a perpetrator ! Inept Court Staff - sending incorrect documents, including other people's documents ! Poor communication, both over the phone and in writing. Long long long delays. No apologies. No responsibility taken. Little professionalism. Disgraceful.
