Could not recommend the Darlaston branch of Hillman Vets enough. Our dog, Hugo, was admitted with pancreatitis and was extremely unwell. We were seen promptly as an emergency visit and nothing was too much for this vets. A special thanks to Raul who was extremely informative and has helped us to bring our boy home. Raul was always honest about the costs of Hugo’s care and his attitude towards myself and my husband was very welcoming. We cannot thank this vets enough for all that they have done and continue to do for Hugo.
Staff here are so welcoming and caring. The care they gave my cat Robbie was above and beyond, even down to the little things like making sure I was ok as I was so upset. Wonderful people wonderful place. Top notch
First time using this vets and it was horrible receptionist was rude, taken my cat for op then they turn round and said couldn't do it that day, then the vet came out just as rude! Please think twice about using this vets they don't care about the animals, it's all about the money!!!
Very welcoming per usual, we've used this vets in the past and never had a bad experience. I've booked my cat in to be spayed and they talked me through the procedure and reasurred me about the operation, their prices are fantastic too. Thank you.
I've been bringing my pets to this practice for a few years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and extremely supportive. They have shown nothing but kindness and compassion towards my pets and myself. Keep up the good work,your all such wonderful people and make a great team.
Took our baby girl blackie to be spayed and they were brill told us everything they were going to do and how to look after at home....by the way blackie adopted us....xx
Professional and welcoming. My dog is, far from an easy patient. However they are very supportive and patient with my nervous dog and she's, treated like a VIP. Always offer good advice and options and will go the extra mile. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Hilmans.
Waste of time trying to get an appointment if you are new ..had to go to another vets with emergency instead no problem there at all
