Swish country boutique hotel and restaurant being built as a hotel in 1891 with some interiors dating back to the 1500's.moved brick by brick from Birkenhead to its gorgeous country location in the 1960's. Friendly welcoming service. Morning coffee £3.50, Sunday Lunch £25 and rooms from £189.
Went for afternoon tea. Beautiful surroundings and super attentive staff. Scones were my favourite. Spoil yourself now and again.

Everything about the hillbark is exceptional; the building, atmosphere, food and the staff. I would highly recommend this venue for anything from afternoon tea to a wedding.
Really warm and inviting place, the hospitality was lovely. Excellent history. We went as guests at a wedding. Which it most definitely was perfect for a such an occasion.
