Left us stranded. Forced us to pre-pay for our return journey and then could not change the time as phone lines just said “please hold, reduced staff” taxi did not wait 15mins. They then would not refund us, send the car back or provide another. Would never use again.
So polite, friendly and understanding. Tonight was a bank holiday so normally time and a half. Was about 8pm and it was dark and slightly wet outside with the risk of rain. I had £24.24 left over and I need to pop over the shop about a miles up the road. I needed to spend about £14 in the shop. This left just £10 for a pickup and return. Normally it's a tight budget and on a bank holiday, impossible. I rang them and told them, they sorted me out. That is service and they have my loyalty.
Waited 20 minutes for a taxi, only to have to try and call 7 times to find out that someone else was picked up instead of me. Then had to wait another 15 minutes for a taxi again, when was told it would be 5.
Pre booked a taxi 4 days in advance to pick us up at 11pm which did not arrive after 4 calls and even more un answered calls we were collected over 1 hour later excuse given was that they did not have enough cars even though it was a Saturday night . Clearly other jobs were taking priority else why was our pre booked taxi so late! Conclusion they are unreliable
Easy to book, helpful and friendly taxi service. Very communicative about booking, dispatch and pick up. Driver was on time, really helpful and friendly and there were a variety of payment methods which was helpful.

Was in Hereford over the weekend and had the pleasure of using HiTown Taxis. They were always on time and the drivers were very friendly and pleasant.
Wouldn’t use this taxi service ever again, so unreliable and unprofessional. Booked this company to drive my family of 5 and a friend home after a party. On pre booking asked for a bigger car for the 6 of us. When the taxi arrived, it was the usual 5 seater. The taxi driver was nice and explained that there was a swap over with the staff and they was not made aware about needing a bigger car and basically if we wanted the bigger one to still come out we would have to pay additional fees on top. This resulted in us leaving 1 of our 3 children a little 4 year old behind to stay with a friend so we could get our baby home. We now today have to find someone to bring our child home I do drive but no mot for the weekend so hence why we’ve used a taxi. This taxi company did not do their jobs properly and simply bring out the booked 7 seater we asked for. I’ve never felt so stressed and upset and shown lack of literally any care or actually NO CARE AT ALL for the fact we had to leave a child behind or we would be charged more for asking the taxi we had actually asked and booked for to drive out to us because of this taxi company.
Pre booked taxi never turned up. I had to call them and they dispatched a car that arrived about 40 minutes after the time I requested and charged me on the meter. Ended up costing double the pre booked fixed price I was quoted.
Very Polite self efficient drivers and correct way of services to pick up and dropping off at right time
