I had the same situation like Cameron. They said taxi will pick me up after 5 mins. I waited half hour but nobody came. I was late to work because of them. Definitely the worst taxi service I ever had on hereford.

Shocking taxi service booked 2 weeks in advance then they never turned up to pick us up whats the point taking advance bookings if you cant guaruntee the pick up. Waste of time dont bother.
