I prepaid for a taxi to take two friends to the station. The taxi failed to arrive at the specified time and after 5 minutes after that time I rang to find out what happened to it. It was on its way but would take another 5 minutes. Not good enough as my friend would miss her train.  My husband took them and only just arrived on time.  They said they would refund my payment but didn't. I will never use this company again.

I have experienced the same as Bridget. I prepaid for a taxi to collect me from a wedding. It never turned up and they took my money. Totally unprofessional and they will not return my money
