HD CCTV is a wonderful company to staff are so friendly I've used these on many occasion to buy CCTV equipment their knowledge is fast and they are all always on hand at the other end of the telephone or a web chat to answer any questions that you have at all on CCTV I would definitely recommend these to anybody thank you

From pre purchase to aftersales, both Colin and Patrick were able to answer any queries I had. They would patiently talk me through the differences in the kits they have available and (not being a network person) guided me step by step through connecting my system to the internet so I could view my cams onn my android mobile. I believe many other companies would provide limited aftersales advice or would charge set up fees. The kit I brought for a domestic installation is ideal. Have already recommended the product and HDCCTV to friends and colleagues.

I've messed around with security cameras for a number of years but have been limited to those which work with a Mac. Eventually, with the help of Colin, I bit the bullet and bought a full HD bullet and a full HD dome ( both XVision ) and subsequently XVision X400R recorder. The quality of the picture is, as one would expect, crystal clear! It works flawlessly with the Mac using the supplied software and on my iPhone too after downloading the app. It's really simple to setup. At first I tried to record to my NAS with limited success. Once I bought the recorder, all my worries were over. Works perfectly on a PC too but, I prefer Mac OSX. Delighted with my purchases! Colin ( a different one! ).
