Went here to buy a tumble dryer.... got a lady who hardly spoke English and said that they don't have any of the one I was looking for.... walked around and I found one of the exact model... she said that I cant buy it because it is a display model. So my question is.... if there is no stock then why advertise it? They said they won't be getting it in for at least a MONTH..... just stay away from these big companies and go to your local supplier. Ended up going to HCH in newtownards

Craig at Currys Bangor is so helpful and a lovely person. I visited the Lisburn Currys, and they weren't as nice at all. Any time I have visited Currys Bangor I have dealt with Craig and his customer service and energy is excellent!

Attended Currys in Bangor on the 15/12 and again on the 20/12 and on both occassions the store wasnt that busy. You had 5 members of staff at the front area all chatting with each other whilst other staff members walked about the store trying not to make eye contact with anyone at all. On both dates after finding items that i needed i ended up at the Televisions and stood for 20 minutes trying to get some assistance. The staff at the front looked down continually i even waved but they refused to come down and see if i was interested in buying a tv. After giving up i went to the tills and raised it there but the check out staff couldnt care less. I guess it is the norm of how Currys treat potential sales but i would actually be embarrassed if i was the management running this retail outlet.

Friendly and professional attention,  good place to look for electrical items. WARNING - watch your time as the parking is very unfriendly cos short time allowed and penalty notices given promptly. Shop experience excellent but parking experience very bad..... not planning to go there soon, before Xmas allowing that short time for parking where there are a few shops is scandalous.  Shame on the greedy parking people. Truly spoiled my Xmas!!

Pathetic at best. Says they have stock when you arrive they still say they have one but can't find it . Order online item wasn't suitable so back to the store to exchange 30 minutes in a que because of lack of staff. Hi can I please exchange this for this ERM a you need to go online they will deliver to you and exchange there and then ... Erm ok online we go... Would you look at that their courier DPD can't cope so no pickups or dropoffs available. Refund now take it back I'll go else where in the future.

I’ve been twice in the last week, looking to buy a high end TV. On both occasions I spent 20 minutes in the store. Not once did anyone come to ask me if I needed help, despite a number of staff walking past. The staff appeared to preoccupied standing chatting to each other. Terrible customer service, and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Went to look at TVs, asked four different members of staff for assistance but all unable to help. Ended up checking if the TV was in stick on my phone, which I would recommend doing instead of going in store

Plenty of variety of stock. Price matching with main competitors' prices. I bought a fairly basic TV but it is pretty good for the price point as a budget offering.

They are certainly very eager to greet you. However the TV's are stored the wrong way which would lead to the screens being distorted with the weigh being distributed incorrectly

Was in today to buy my husband a watch, the young man was more than helpful ,also  very pleasant, will be back,
