Visited here as part of Elvis week in Porthcawl, it was really busy and you could barely move in there due to the amount of people. It's not the best place during elvis week because of this, but the entertainment there is always great. I've been there at other times of the year and it's a place you'll keep going back to when in Porthcawl.

I think the hi tide is a rip off ,it is like you are paying for the staff there to be payed. If you put 11 pounds in a machine and you get 5 pounds worth of it if the machine glitches and it said WARNING CALL THE MANAGER and you call the manager you don't get your money back all you get is 15 minutes of waiting and 5 pounds of playing out of the 11 pounds that u put in the machine before it crashed. The staff can be polite when your losing but when you ask for help it is like they don't care ,like they have something more important to do, something more important than customer service.

When winning and changing the coins into notes and it miss count the coins. You go and informed the staff and they come and think your lying and the staff are only polite when your losing. When your so playing a game and it won't load and the staff are extremely horrible.
