Really disappointed with breakfast this morning that’s the first time we’ve had a bad experience.nSpecial request was made with eggs due to whites giving a upset tummy but was declined by the head chef we was told the mix was made up already even though he had to crack a egg to make a fried egg !this has never been a issue before,nBreakfast arrived and there was hardly any bacon it was rock hard, service was poor no one come over to see if everything was ok with our food once serviced we tried to get the girls attention but they continued to have a conversation amongst there selfs.nMy aunty had the pancakes which was burnt at the bottomnThe girl come to collect plates and asked if everything was ok when we said not really she just put her head down continued to clear the table and walked off!
Very pleasant, extremely considerate in how they set up the room. I got a disposal sanitary bag, this is my first time of having those without asking. Plus I got complimentary slippers, so cool and comfy
For the price, this is a very good hotel. The included breakfast was best in class.nnIt’s also a lovely area to walk around with many restaurant options
Went in for breakfast about 10.30. Staying with family so didn't stay here. Really good hearty full breakfast at the right price.
Stunning service exquisite breakfast for myself and the daughter and we shall definitely be returning. Great outstanding customer care and attention. Speaks volumes for the establishmentnThabk you for looking after us.
