52 minutes on the phone for repeat prescription !!!!! just gave up, the phone system they use is really unfair, if it gave an engaged tone then you know where you stand. Then when you go in person they're on the phone booking the car in for repairs!!!!!

the most useless, arrogant, unhelpful reception staff ive ever encountered in my life !!! lets start with the 50 plus minutes at position 1 in the Que . . . . then when finally answering the phone speaking to me like im something from the bottom of her shoe and then comments with "well look your nothing special i have people here waiting for appointments as well now ring the prescription line" . considering i dont know that number. i will be moving practice and i feel sorry for the good doctors in there that have staff like that speaking to patients like they are below them !!!

Think this doctors is a joke. get a chance to sit and wait witch is really good as getting an appointment is a nightmare don't really appreciate been told the appointment is for emergencies well it is emergency when my son was on pain think it's so rude feel uncomfortable speaking to most doctors here the respcionist can speak to you like your stupid hate even having to go here! '!
