Staff are really friendly and hardworking they never stand still. Always helpful if I can't find something I need. The shop is clean and well stocked

There's always plenty of choice when you shop here, and the staff are helpful and friendly, the price's are ok too. There is a car park just outside making it very convenient. Good value all around.

Quickly becoming my favourite place to get food from! The weekly meal deals help me as a change up, getting my kids to try majority of things. The staff have always been amazing. Especially the one dressed in a santa outfit who was amazing with my 3 year old autistic son.

We live in the next town but we go through to Filey every week and go to Heron, the store and staff are far superior. Great selection of products and staff friendly and helpful 11/10.

Great little supermarket and cheap with it. Knocks spots off the Tesco next door for affordability of non perishable goods. Staff friendly and always with a smile. Steven the Seagull, who patrols outside, is very entertaining as he likes to nip in and grab what he can get

Love Filey Heron,  so much bigger and spacious compared to Scarborough and free parking.

Nice convenient store, with value for money food

I have been quite a regular user of Heron stores for several years, but I will never use this branch again. The lady at the till  couldn't  be bothered to greet me, expressed surprise that I wanted to use my card to pay for the goods I had, and then watched me struggle to pick up my numerous items. She could have asked me if I needed a bag, but chose not to. Instead she started up a conversation with a woman who was just leaving the store. So rude!
