I have just exchanged my Polo for a newer model and am delighted with my new car. Chris John was extremely helpful, pleasant and efficient in aiding me to find the right car at a competitive price and the whole experience went like clock work. There was a terrific downpour just as I was due to drive away and Chris heroically braved the storm to collect the car and drive it up to the door so that I could hop in without getting wet he was absolutely soaked! but totally uncomplaining. And a lovely touch, Chris had tuned into the perfect station for my "age group" on the car radio so that I drove home listening to many of my old favourites that I hadn't heard for years. Thank you Chris - great service!
Chris John was superb. My mum and I had an excellent service and we loved the purchase process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend speaking to Chris if you are looking for a new or used VW. Straight talking no facade. Positive difference from other sales situations.

We have bought our last 2 cars from here and we have been really happy with the service provided. In particular Tony the salesman who both times went out of his way to make sure we were happy and any issues/queries we had were resolved straight away. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.
I have recently had an engine light repaired here, they rang and emailed me too keep me updated with my appointment. The lady on the service desk was great and very professional and was able to source the parts for my car overnight and was ready for the collection the next day. Great service
Purchased a vehicle here a few years ago. Trying to get a service and MOT booked here is like pulling teeth. You always have to hold before your call is answered, appointments are booked up months in advance and when you do turn up you always have to hang around for something or other. I’ve just taken my vehicle to an independent service company nearby and it was seamless and half the price! I would suggest others do the same.
Our car went in for service 15/08/22 and we asked them to investigate a clicking noise on the passenger front side as we have extended warranty. They said the noise wasn't too bad and to wait until it got worse to go back however on the paperwork clearly stated ?replacement drive shaft. We raised complaints with VW UK and Heritage and neither reached a satisfactory resolution. We had to phone VW assist on 17/10/22 as the noise was becoming horrendous and it didn't feel safe to drive. VW assist took my husband to the garage and they seemed most put out he had arrived as they were busy. Erica informed my husband that we were only entitled to a courtesy car for 48 hrs that was provided by VW assist policy. My husband questioned this as it was a warrantable repair but was shot down. We called Tuesday and Wednesday as VW hadn't had the courtesy to call to provide any update on the vehicle. By Wednesday afternoon we were growing concerned as the hire car was due back to enterprise. I spoke to Erica again who informed us we were only entitled to 48 hours, this was followed up by a gentleman after who said the same. I phoned VW UK customer service as I knew this was incorrect information, VW UK kindly put an extension on till 8pm that evening and called VW Heritage to confirm they were in the wrong. I then called them to confirm everything was sorted and was told 'well I've sent request over for extension but haven't had confirmation so no idea. ' I never received an apology for stress/inconvenience and having to spend so much time ringing around trying to get it sorted. The sales are great however as soon as they have your money their customer service stops. I wouldn't recommend VW Heritage to anyone, they don't communicate with their customers, provide incorrect information and are rather rude and abrupt to deal with. The only saving grace is that my car is now fixed thanks to our extended warranty.
If I could give zero I would. The worst customer service you can imagine. They had one member of staff in the entire building on a weekend, felt sorry for her, she was doing the best she could. Absolutely abysmal. Can’t wait for my copy and paste “we are very sorry, please contact XYZ message”. The staff are visibly fed up and angry at the situation and clearly the customers are as well from the other reviews. If you are buying a car it seems to be a great review shock but if you’ve already purchased your car, then god help you, you’re just another converted lead. What a shambolic company.
