I cannot praise this company high enough, in 37 years of buying and selling cars this has been the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. They made things so easy and even though they were 3 hours drive away from me, I would do it again in a heartbeat as I would not buying cars from anyone else from now on. Rachel who sold me the car is exceptional, super friendly, very knowledgable and super competent. I have been smiling since Saturday that I picked my Mercedes Benz E450 up, car was much better in person than the advert and Rachel simply is a superstar and made the process so seamless and easy. I can honestly say they have a customer for life and I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else other than Rachel who simply is a breath of fresh air. Five starts is not high enough and I can not recommend this dealership highly enough.

Fantastic Service from these guys, Kimmo helped me find my first car! He was extremely polite and well explained. The whole experience was so helpful and very thorough. Very professional with what they do, cannot recommend them enough! Overall very happy and thank-full for everyone down at Sterling.

I cannot thank Kimmo at Sterling Motors enough for all his help & professional advice to me aquiring my Peugeot 208 allure premium Car. The whole experience from start to finish was seamless & second to none comparing to other cars i have bought before elsewhere. I could not be happier with my purchase, Overall a brilliant 5  car buying experience & I would  highly recommend. Also I'd like to mention Nigel who delivered my Car, He went above and beyond that day, He was an absolute star .

Fantastic service from these guys at Sterling Motors and especially Rachell. I was very interested in a car they had forsale which I ended up buying. She was brilliant to deal with from start to finish and very helpful with all the information I wanted. Because of the mileage between me and them wanted to avoid travelling there more then once and Rachell sent me all the pics and videos of the car in a very clear and detailed way which meant I could secure the deal via what I saw over the phone. When I collected the car they were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be going back again when the time comes for another car!!

I purchased a Mercedes CLA estate which may had more mileage that i would have liked for the year but this was reflective in the price you pay.nI would recommend Sterling Motors if you are potentially thinking of buying a vehicle . Customer service for me has been brilliant  far better than some other main dealership garages where i have purchased in the past and Rachell has gone the extra mile very helpful keeps you updated all thru the purchasing process.nPrior to me collecting the vehicle all the pre delivery works that were completed including the MOT  and then currently sourcing a couple of missing items from the car i can honestly say that  aftercare is fantastic.nSo for me Sterling Motors receive a 5 star rating and I would recommend Sterling Motors I will be no doubt purchasing from them in the near future.
