A thoroughly Pleasant Experience. I just bought a Range Rover from Guy Salmon in Brislington and it was the very best experience I have had buying a car. Negotiations on both the part exchange and the price of the new car were both fair and reasonable. Added to which the Sales Executive Lee and the Manager Gareth were both professional and personable making the transaction successful on all counts. In addition the whole feel of the dealership was excellent and reflects extremely well on the General Manager. I will continue to use the dealership for my car services and later on another car.

Poor customer service. First after spending half hr in the showroom on a very quiet day, only one more customer was there, no one came to talk to us. Then while we were waiting for my hubby to have a test drive, nobody offered a drink or anything. Rubbish service.

Horrendous customer service especially on the service desk. Rude and completely incompetent staff. Just a shame the cars are so unreliable that I keep having to go there
