The walk is great, either take the hard way up and the easy way down, or the easy way up and the hard way down, although gravity does help on this one. There is a medium way but you can figure out what comes next. The view of dublin is worth it alone, although a quick peek in the the hellfire club is always with it.
Absolutely amazed by this place. If you want to have a panaromic view of Dublin city then this is the place to be. The upward climb has two routes, one is a steep climb which will take you around 15 to 20 minutes to reach and the other climb involves a sloped road which should take about 40 minutes. But overall, the climb will be worth it once you reach the top. Would recommend to carry a bottle of water cos you'll be needing one when you reach on top.
Amazing trail, 360 degree view of dublin, from the top, CARPE DIEM!
Love this place. The views at the top are amazing. Parking is bit of an issue but that can't be helped. Just get there early. Wear comfortable shoes but worth it.
Somebody told me that this place is very creepy i think it was. I've read about history of Hell Fire Club as well and it made me to go there. In the middle of our visit it started to rain very heavy and there were thunders as well : Definitely recommended. Even little forest surrounding the hill has this weird vibe. I wouldn't go there at night.
Went there to do a spooky ghost photoshoot, place really lovely and definitely haunted.. boo
Did the rocky climb to the Hellfire Club , views were amazing
Been walking up to the hellfire club for nearly 40 year. You get a beautiful view of the whole of Dublin as well as spotting some of the wildlife like deers the odd time. Recently discovered more of the ghost stories surrounding the place too
Great for a Sunrise on a calm day track walk up to it which is handy to do for all kids inclu
Site of the infamous Hellfire Club and a great day trip. Lots of places to walk and enjoy some great views of Dublin. It is a bit of an uphill hike up to the hellfire club but worth it, especially if you are a fan of haunted locations.
