The judges are so corrupt. The whole system is one big facade. There is a lot of stuff going behind the scenes that the public don't know about. The DPP know I was framed and turned a blind eye. The day I was sentenced, the judge called the Guard into his chambers to discuss my case in private before making his decision. I thought justice is meant to be administered in public. I have enough evidence to prove my innocence but most likely I will still lose because the judges never take the side of a member of the public. The judges are very partial toward anyone but guards despite it's meant to be 'innocent until proven guilty'. The district judges adjudications are arbituary. The truth could mean you're innocent but it's a case where the judge simply doesn't believe you despite having no evidence to corroborate you're lying. Corrupt. It means the Gardai run the country. GSOC don't investigate Sergeant or above. They also only ever reprimand lower ranking Gardai for the most trivial things which are punishable by a one week 10% pay decrease. Since GSOC's foundation there has been hundreds of thousands of very serious complaints but virtually no guard has been punished. GSOC are basically saying that 100,000 members of the public are all liars.
Spatious and centrally located, serious lack of seating. Available seatings are in front of daily timetable so folk are almost climbing on you to see the roster.
Life without parole
The Staff were the nicest you would meet anywhere in the World ,
There is no justice in court 1*, feel sorry for any men there, if you agenst woman and if shes good in fakeing sad face and show as a victim... bingo she will win the case! even if you have alots of evidence! I heard she take the woman side but i didn't believethat untili sow in my eyes!, as i was know that the court care about evidence more than the truth, but im shocked that the judge cured about woman more that the evidence!. Definitely i will appeal and win the case with different judges.
The Criminal Courts of Justice is the principal courts building for the criminal courts in the Republic of Ireland. It is on Parkgate Street, near the Phoenix Park.
Amazing architecture design, bright and spacious. The security is airport style, the staff is very professional and polite.
Definitely there is no justice for the guilty ones while they walk free and act as victims something wrong with this system, also so many breaks and lunches you name it while others are waiting for court time and then its rescheduled for next date. Very upsetting and frustrating at the same time
Five Stars for now, pending performance review tomorrow. Brace yourself Mr Nolan, your career is about to be over.
Over-all, nice court - very spacious with good security and a nice cafe. The building aside, the cases can differ depending on how packed the courtroom is, the nature of your offense, and the judge you get. I got a slap on the wrist, and a small fine for cannabis possession. All in all, was happy with the outcome.
