HEAT-iN PLUMBING AND HEATING SERVICES

Excellent as always. Phil fitted our boiler a few years ago and I have it serviced by Heat In every year and his service is always exceptional. Polite, friendly and punctual and he always leaves the area nice and clean before he leaves. Very reasonably priced and a credit to his profession. I'd have no hesitation in recommending him.

AVOID! AVOID!! Came highly recommended because he had done work for family and had good reviews. Already used him for our boiler service. But arrived in a mood because wasn't happy with agreed price which was actually higher than 2 other quotes and higher than he had agreed in writing via text msg. Some woman had not paid him for a boiler job so he took it all out on me. He was rude, aggressive and was kicking boxes and being extremely stroppy. He verbally attacked me on several occasions during the day..I wasnt allowed to speak or ask any questions. My husband eventually had to intervene and tell him to stop attacking me for no reason. He completed the work but shoddily. Left a leaking valve, didnt explain use of trv's, and tried to silicone a lock shield!! He may seem great...but I saw the other side of him which is very nasty. He didnt balance our heating system and has now refused to come out to check the valves and put the phone down on us. His work is supposed to be guaranteed?!!! If you have used him previously, like we had you will think he is perfectly professional and polite but I am warning everyone of his nasty side and complete unprofessional behaviour. Employ this temperamental plumber at your peril because if something doesn't go his way you will be on the receinving end of his wrath!

Philip was friendly, efficient and helpful. He is now my gasman of choice for any heating issue I encounter!

First class service , real nice guy who knew what he was talking about , just fitted a Worcester Bosch boiler for us did a great job , if you want a good plumber look no further.

Excellent Service. Our engineer did a thorough job and even went the extra mile to pick up an extra part from a local merchant so he could complete the job the same day. No mess left afterwards and a very reasonable price. Would definitely use them again.
