Farthings

After reading a few bad reviews about Farthings, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and book them to come and take a look at my bathroom with the intention of a complete re-fit. We were told that I was booked in and somebody would be round at 10am. At 10.30am, I rang Farthings to ask where are they. I expected to be told that they had been a delay or something along those lines. Instead I was told that I wasn't even booked in for a visit! I was told that they would get somebody round as soon as possible. I told them to leave it. If they can't even organise somebody to have a look at my bathroom how could I trust them to fit an entire new bathroom that will cost me thousands of pounds! Believe the reviews! They may of been good at what they do at some point, but they certainly aren't now.

Fitted my boiler 18 months ago. Couldn't fault the fitting or workmanship. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with their service even though it was a small job. They fitted a new tap in our kitchen we supplied. Simon the plumber was very professional and friendly and even cleaned up on finishing. We would certainly recommend them.

This company recently helped get my pensioner mother out of a heating problem , where other companies failed , straight to the problem no fuss young engineer extremely polite and courteous and endeavored to fix the fault and make sure my mother had heat ... recommended ..... professionals

Not to be trusted!!!!! Absolutely do not trust this business. They have damaged my property after sending a poorly trained plumber to do a job. They never return your calls and do not deal with issues in an up-front and professional manner. I am having to go through the courts to recover my losses. They promote a trustworthy looking website to make you feel comfortable using them but they are the worst company I have dealt with in many a year. I only wish I had checked the reviews before I called them. Do not use under any circumstances.*********************** Find someone else otherwise it could cost you a lot of money. If I could have given them no stars I would but it doesn't allow you.
