Very poor customer service.  We had an issue with our boiler 1 week before Christmas and the technician said we needed some parts to fix it,  which was fine. Then it all went quiet.  After 4 weeks of calling up and being fobbed off by various people they finally got the quote back to me. Then,  after the parts were fitted mid way through January there is a leak.   I am now in the process of contacting them again....  If you want a job doing moderately quick then stay away from this company. If you like waiting over 3 weeks without heating  and hot water then they are good for you. I will not use again.

Very Good call out service, After waiting 6 hrs for another plumber to turn up.
I telephoned these and they were here within 1 hr, the plumber  Richard repaired my toilet as the water was going everywhere.
Brilliant thank you !!

Shocking, emergency service is non existent!

Call the number three times goes to voice mail. The office message states that voice mails left on the emergence number cannot be retrieved.

No heating or water all bank holiday.

Idiots!!!!

Had them come out to fix are toilet that stooped flushing, they ended up cracking our toilet, denying any responsibility and then they wanted to charge us to replace the toilet they broke do not use them.

They are extremely rude, i had to through the plumber out as he was upsetting my mother and they still tried to charge me for the call out.
