Shaun gave me an exact time, but was running 15mins late. He kindly rang me to apologise for being late. Did the job and its still good. 
Last plumber I had told me he'd be with me some time in the afternoon and didn't turn up.

Came at time stated.. Very pleased..Good job.. And Price quoted was price charged.even though job was little more difficult than expected.. . Thank you..
