Friendly staff, great drinks and tasty food. Highly recommend. Affordable prices and vegan options. Highly recommend the authentic rum punch and the delicious vegetable fritters. I will definitely be back soon.

*This place wrecked Me *heart and soul*..80th birthday party let down !!!.If u want good vibes, excellent customer service and transparency....keep looking elsewhere. Manager moves mad... Wrong and strong doesn't even sum her up..just plain wrong!! The 1 star is for the fabulous chef!.
Great food and friendly staff. Sat out the back in the garden area. First time there, definitely won't be the last. But the very best thing about the night was the amazing Whiskey cocktail.

I went to Heart and Soul for a friends birthday celebration. It was a Friday evening so buffet night! It was great food and such good value, £10 per head, all you can eat! Amazing considering how expensive carribean food usually is. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. I had a great evening. I am going back there tonight!
A good quality, tasty, VFM Sunday Roast meal was had by all for my birthday party dinner. Good music playing in the background and a rum punch that creeps up on you!
Been there twice for private functions, both times the food was late. The last time we should have been served at 6 o'clock , got served at 8 o'clock. The staff themselves were embarrassed at the excuses they were making. The place is a joke.
